Dear Dr. Volpe and Staff,

I don't know where to begin to thank all of you for the kindness, sensitivity and warm welcome you gave to me each and every time I have come for a visit to either office, not to mention all of the phone calls I have made to you girls, asking a million questions and especially nagging you, Marcela for a sooner surgery date, which may I add, you did work your magic and made it happen!!!!!! Not once did I ever hear any frustration in any of your voices, all of you were always pleasant and cheerful over the phone.

Dr Volpe, I can't thank you enough for doing such a beautiful job with my surgery. My breasts are even more beautiful now than I ever remember them being. I am very happy with the results and also with my recovery. I know I still have a ways to go but I just wanted to thank you for being as wonderful as you are. I brag about you to everyone and would recommend you to any woman who asks me if I know of a good plastic surgeon. I would tell them I know a "GREAT" plastic surgeon and a "HANDSOME" one at that!!!!! Once again thank you for everything and I look forward to my next visit, to see you and your girls and of course not to mention that my "new girls" will always be happy to see you!!!
