The emphasis of Dr. Trussler's practice is facial cosmetic surgery which includes both surgical and non-invasive facial rejuvenation such as facelifts, rhinoplasty and eyelid surgery; as well as cosmetic body and breast surgery.
Dr. Trussler is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery and his practice is located at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in the new, state-of-the-art Outpatient Clinical Building.

 Dr. Trussler's reconstructive interests include breast reconstruction utilizing autologous free tissue transfer such as deep inferior epigastric perforator (DIEP) flap reconstruction, abdominal wall reconstruction, and body contouring after massive weight loss. He is well trained in microsurgical techniques, which highlights his extensive surgical training and technical skill. Dr. Trussler also has a clinical practice at the Children's Medical Center where he manages general and traumatic pediatric plastic surgery patients.
