She was seeking Breast Enlargement in Sacramento to correct what she felt was an inadequate breast size. By examination she had 34A cup breasts. She had good symmetry in size, shape, and nipple position. During her consultation we discussed Cohesive Silicone Implants (“Gummy Bear” Implants), Saline Implants, Smooth Implants, Textured Implants, and Shaped Implants. For her breast augmentation, she decided on 360cc smooth round saline implants. These implants were placed in a sub muscular position through an inframammary incision. She was seeking breast augmentation in Sacramento. Her desire was to have a breast augmentation to increase her breast size from AA to a full C or D cup. She also wanted a breast implant that would help accomplish this, while still appearing as natural as possible. In addition, she wanted to minimize the scaring on her breasts and visible scars in general. During an extensive discussion at our Sacramento office and an examination of the patient I advised her about the different types of breast implants including silicone breast implants and saline breast implants as well as the different types of incisions. She selected Mentor silicone breast implants for her augmentation. We used a 400cc smooth round moderate plus profile silicone gel implant placed through a transaxillary incision.
